Hello, My name is LetÃcia and what you have in front of you is a piece of my dream come true – my healthy cookbook which is all about the most important meal of the day – breakfast! So many people don’t value this meal, but this book will show you how easy and quick it is to eat well in the morn- ings! From an early age I have loved to cook, almost as much as I love to eat what I make! Preparing healthy, organic and delicious meals from fresh ingredients for my family and friends has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. For me, there is nothing that is quite as satisfying as seeing my meals being eaten and enjoyed by those around me. Knowing that I’ve prepared everything in the healthiest and cleanest way possible is so important. With this cook book I can promise you that my meals will provide you nourishment, nutrients and energy which your bodies need first thing in the morning. These breakfasts, as part of a healthy lifestyle, will of course also help you to lose weight. All the breakfasts in this book can be made simply and easily. I have split the book into two sections the first “pre- work out” breakfasts, the second is fast breakfasts. The pre-work out section has meals which are high in energy and protein and can fuel your morning run or gym session! I love working out in the mornings, but of course your body needs the right fuel to be able to do this effec- tively! Fast breakfasts can be made quickly and easily for those who are busy and don’t have time to waste! All my meals in the book are gluten free (no wheat) and sugar free, vegetarian and -wherever possible – made with organic ingredients and all cooked with virgin coconut oil. They are also made with great passion and lots of love! I hope you enjoy making these recipes as much as I enjoyed creating this cookbook for you.
